We instantly inform you when public records (e.g., liens, tax liens, and judgments) issue affecting your collateral. This lets you stop relying on your borrowers to self-report issues and take preventative measures before resorting to foreclosure.
We update our data from county records as soon as it's available. Know when a lien hits even before your borrowers do.
We process data using a distributed network of servers to maximize uptime.
