Romy hails from a diverse CRE background, with experience in development, acquisition, and investment through his company CanTex Capital. Romy also brings a wealth of real estate legal experience from his time at Hunton & Williams, where he represented banks and real estate private equity groups doing foreclosures, loan workouts, and REO sales.
With a keen understanding of the intersection between lending and CRE, he saw the market void filled by loanwat.ch. Romy is a graduate from the SMU School of Law and the University of Texas at Austin.
